What fun...I'm at work doing tech support for people who are upset that their Christmas Eve is being disturbed by not having their wifi passwords.

I've already heard, "I've got my entire family sitting around the TV and we're trying to get the wireless password so I can get my Apple TV to work! Don't you have it there?"

No, sir...I didn't write it down. You see, you set up your router, on your own, and didn't bother to call us and tell us what your router password is - nor should we be responsible for it.

I've also had people say, "Why aren't you at home with your family?"

Because my company wants me to be here answering the phone for people who need to get on the internet instead of interfacing with their families on Christmas, like I should be doing...

It's official - I need a new job.
