I was browsing /r/television and found an article from Variety about network shows on the bubble that I might might be of interest.
O-Deckers, I have been waitinig for this moment since I started doing this column. Now it’s arrived. I can finally start doing Midweek Trivia for Farscape episodes!
Welcome to Microscope Monday #3! I have been way too busy to hang out on Kinja this week and take microscope pictures. Sorry, folks. Microscope won. On the plus side, that means more pictures! As usual, all photos are taken at 40x magnification. On with the show!
As promised, here is the new Microscope Monday where I share my microscope photos. I’ve been much busier this week than usual, but I still got plenty of scope time in, so here are my favorite photos from this week. I want to thank Pinch Spice Market, who kindled provided me with all of these samples and more which…
It’s Friday, the weekend is upon us and no one wants to do actual work today. So i bring you sweet distraction in the form of a new Talk It Out.
Hello everyone. First off, I want to thank everyone who supported Fact Of The Day. I had a lot of fun doing them but in the end they got to be a lot of work, both in trying to be funny and entertaining on a daily basis as well as finding interesting topics and making sure I had good sources.
So my mother who watches Today pointed out this segment to me.
Good news fellow MSTies, it looks like we are getting 14 episodes after a record setting Kickstarter campaign.
It’s a Friday aftertoon and the weekend is upon us. So it seems like a good time for another Talk It Out. I haven’t done one of these in a while but as I was going through the Kinja-Verse I happened to take a look at some of the draft folders for the blogs I have authorship on. If you look in Drafts on your personal…
Hello everyone and welcome to a rather late Fact Of The Day. I was trying to come up with a theme for this week since I will be leaving for vacation Thursday. I thought about an all Maine week, featuring science fiction and fantasy either set in Maine or involving Maine people, since that’s where i’m going. But pretty…
Hello everyone and welcome back to “Talk It Out”. This is the thread, where I, the rugged and handsome Mr. PartyBusDriver, throw out a topic of discussion. A show that not only stood as a great mix of sci-fi, fantasy, western and spy but in many ways helped create what we now call "Steampunk."
Before he was Captain America, Chris Evans played Lucas Lee, the douchebag movie star in the glorious Scott Pilgrim vs the World. Now, beautifully, someone has put together posters for Lee's movies and they're perfectly on target:
It's now been confirmed that Morena Baccarin's role in the upcoming Deadpool movie is Copycat.
A funny thing has happened the last couple of years: The greatest sci-fi/genre series are not to be found on cable or Syfy or such. Nope, it's the CW.
Next week marks the 10th anniversary of the current revival of Doctor Who. And to get a jump early, an awesome You Tube mix shows just how much great stuff we've gotten in that span:
If you want evidence of the sheer power of evolution you don’t need to visit some amazingly diverse rain forest, you just need to look at where nature isn’t.
