Within the last week, Kinja has started using the Cloudinary service to host photos. I started noticing it when some images on Jalopnik and it's whitenoise forum (oppositelock). It has since moved to the other sites.

Here's the problem. Some professional networks are considering this site a personal storage/cloud service, and is blocking them. From what I understand, images are routed through the site for resizing. Here is an example of both URLs.

I'm wondering who else is affected by this? If you have write access to other subforums, could you please share this? I'm curious how many daytime readers Gawker will lose once they realize all the images drop?
