Hello, welcome to the Roll Call, k2b is too busy with work so couldn’t do it this time (or...did I kil-...never mind).
So what’s up?
For some reason yesterday one of my Instagram pics got 70 likes. That might not seem like much (or it might seem like a lot) but for me that’s a lot when I normally get between 0 to 6, maybe average about 4. It must have been featured somewhere or something, it’s a miracle to me.
Recently I decided I would post to Instagram at least once a day to keep my productivity up. Someone once said to me “Why do you bother posting so much? That’s like talking to a brick wall” (Referring to the fact that I don’t get many likes, that guy’s an asshole anyway) but if you look at most success stories, a lot people spent years of their lives making peanuts, getting nowhere, but that didn’t stop them, they kept at it and eventually became successful, they had perseverance (Chaplin, Stallone, Kubrick, Jim Carrey, Daniel Craig, JK Rowling to name a few off the top of my head, and we all know Chris Gardner).
Not that the end goal is to have loads of Instagram likes, but it’s worth doing, maybe one day someone will see my pics and think they’re worth something. I’m not trying to become a photographer either anyway but I enjoy it as a hobby. So yeah, screw that guy, my brick wall is pretty to look at, that guy doesn’t even have a wall.
Woops, didn’t realise how much I wrote, I hope I left someone with some motivation though! Now go earn those Recommends!
