I do tech support for a school district here in steamy Wisconsin, and there's a problem that I can't quite figure out.

Youtube refuses to work.

It will play the ads just fine, (of course), but when the video you want to see starts loading, it stops after 10-20 seconds and will not move anymore.

If you click on the progress slider and move it back and forth a bi, the video will start loading again and you can see more of it, but it will sometimes stop again, or sometimes go to the end.

And sometimes, the video won't start at all. But if you move the slider, it works.

I have allowed youtube through the firewall, and accessing it isn't an issue. I know it's not our educational channel as it happens on my personal account as well as my school one.

Google is no help. I've done all the plug-in, Java, Flash, Shockwave tricks out there, and tried every browser.

But, the sad fact is, I be stuck.

Anyone know a fix, or someone at Google I can kick in the pants to get this fixed? (Search the's not just me and the school. It's widespread)

Thanks. 500,000 fake internets for whomever solves this for me.
