How do we activate them? ASMR. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is the answer.
This has literally changed lives!

Have you ever been to the doctor and felt really relaxed? ASMR.
Maybe felt extremely peaceful when getting your hair cut? ASMR as well.
Does Bob Ross put you at ease? ASMR.
Even the shopping channel sometimes? Yes.

It's a tingling feeling that rushes through your body and head, instantly making you calm and sleepy. Why does this happen? Nobody knows yet, but we damn sure know how to trigger it!
As well as physical touches in places like your arms, scalp and chest, ASMR can be triggered from YouTube videos. Each ASMR video is different, and certain people like certain kinds of triggers. There is a growing community online for this kind of thing. Reddit, YouTube and the likes all have their own ASMR sections. There's even a radio station!

Would you like to try it too? Bare in mind that not all people can feel this sensation. It helps to be open-minded about it too, but I trust that the Whitenoise community is nothing but!
The videos can seem weird if you're not in the loop - I remember thinking that I'd hit the weird side of YouTube again.

Below are a few videos that vary in styles, they should get you started on the path to sleeping like a baby!
